Clare Cowley captured hearts with her early blues inspired release ‘To the Bottom’. She swiftly followed up her successful singles ‘Black Seeds’ and ‘Need a cuddle’ with an enchanting 2023 sophomore album ‘Desire Notes’ in collaboration with sound engineer Dylan Jeffreys. Whilst touring regional Qld, Victoria and Tasmania, Clare has been busy writing and recording new material that will charm audiences in 2024. Clare is a musical storyteller deeply grounded in the folk traditions that she learned in her hometown of Allora. Whether she is solo with her guitar, or accompanied by a full band, Clare’s performances continue to stun her audience; as her music resonates from the intimate corners of Queensland, transporting her calming, cathartic ballads to the bustling city.
